The Flame Boss 550 smoker controller incorporates a larger LCD display with four lines and keep track of up to 3 meat temperatures simultaneously. Download the Flame Boss mobile app and monitor and control your cook via WiFi or Bluetooth connectivity. With patented software and a variable speed blower, you can enjoy precise temperature control without hovering over the smoker for hours on end.

Each probe has a 6-foot cable and connects to the controller with a straight audio plug. Probes will be packaged with a cable organizer. The controller’s display can be comfortably viewed when on a table or counter or when mounted on a vertical surface. Includes magnet in the base for mounting without fasteners.
